You’re right, each newly installed Living Home Tech system comes with our amazing 5 year guarantee. Platinum Membership builds on this amazing service by adding many exclusive features. These include Next Working Day Response, Annual Service, Software Upgrades and Alterations, Reduced Rate Additions to your system and Remote Access/Back-up with instant response time.
We cover all of our systems, so everything from Conventional Electrical and Climate Control to Audio/Visual and Home Automation.

This really depends on you and your needs. Many of our clients require an instant response and service from us, meaning Platinum Membership works extremely well for them. If you decide to opt out you’re still covered by our unrivalled 5 year guarantee.

The Annual Service is an integral part of our service. By maintaining installed systems we have been able to reduce the number of software and hardware faults by over 50%. The Annual Service is also a a requirement of our 5 year guarantee, making sure the system is in tip-top working order before we extend for the following year. By including this within your Platinum Membership fee, you are able to take advantage of its many benefits as well as maintain your system and it’s guarantee for the full 5 years.
Many of our systems can be built with a Remote Access function. This enables us to remotely dial in to your system and make software/program changes almost the instant you report a change or problem to our head office. This is included as standard within our Platinum Membership.
Tailored to you
Absolutely not, our Platinum Members all benefit from program and firmware updates/alterations during their annual visits. For example, we install a system and 2 years later, whilst on site carrying our your service, you decide that some of the lighting needs changing, maybe due to a change in the room or rooms to your home. We would alter the programming, test and handover without sending you an invoice for the time. Another example is a service provider such as Sky changing their channel numbers, we would make sure your system is updated within your Platinum Membership.
5 Year Guarantee
Our 5 year guarantee includes service calls on reported faults as standard. We promise to attend site within 7 working days to fix or diagnose the problem. The guarantee does not include visits to site to alter software, update or upgrade firmware as the Platinum Membership does.

If we designed and installed your system it is very simple to upgrade, you can call our office and request this derive added to your account. If we did not design and install your system, we would need to carry out a full system derive to ensure it is up to our standard before providing cover.
We are able to either transfer your membership to the new owner or pause the service (for up to 12 months) and apply to your new property, the choice is yours.
