Flint Barn is a new build property in the heart of Hampshire. Architecturally designed from the outset to be a singular home with the very best of everything.

With guidance from the architect and the client we settled on the use of Lutron Lighting control, RTi and Living Controls, Heatmiser and a Luxul data network. We used our Living Control app to tie the whole property together, providing a single, simple to use, user interface for everything from watching TV to controlling the landscape lighting and heating.

On this prestigious project our client asked us to design a modern Audio/Visual, Home Cinema & Lighting Control solution with an emphasis on understated looks and a minimisation of our impact on the overall interior design concept. After an initial design meeting it was clear that our client had an exacting taste and a clear vision for this large scale renovation and extension project. 

Bringing both the grounds as well as the building back to its original Georgian splendour was no small task for the Architects Interior Designer and Client and we were asked to design a bespoke solution around their efforts. Put simply this project was 'manna from heaven' for our design team, a specific brief with a clear objective, albeit one that often stumps non design led solution providers.
