After carefully selecting the correct specification of equipment we managed the whole process from Design all the way through to handover. Even installing the secret door to enter the Home Cinema, truly that wow factor.

Luxurious penthouse apartments in Kensington, London

A beautiful project, completed with one of our partners, Cheval properties. We worked alongside the main contractor and client to deliver a high end residential AV/Control system for each of the 3 flagship penthouse apartments,  located on the upper floors of Cheval Gloucester Park complex.

We also linked in with the concierge system, to give that Smart welcome these apartments deserve, making the end users stay that extra special.

Ladbroke Grove Project - London 2016, BBC Basement Wars

Featured on BBC’s ‘Basement Wars’ this project was an extremely testing one for the team. Detailing many automated systems, but also a huge double height basement, giving the property an enviable 5 stories.

The Living team were employed to design the entire property, connecting and controlling each of the systems within. The end result was a fantastically simple to use home, complete with a media room and lit terrace area.
