A beautiful project, completed with one of our partners, Cheval properties. We worked alongside the main contractor and client to deliver a high end residential AV/Control system for each of the 3 flagship penthouse apartments,  located on the upper floors of Cheval Gloucester Park complex.

We also linked in with the concierge system, to give that Smart welcome these apartments deserve, making the end users stay that extra special.

Kensington - Block Lighting Management

Living were appointed along with the Design team on this luxury project in Kensington. We set about carefully designing the Lighting Controls for the communal areas. The Lighting Control system is easily operated from the Concierge desk on the ground floor, where they can operate over 200 circuits across 10 floors and 80 apartments. They can easily select custom scenes, welcoming their guest at ease.

We have even linked the system to the main Fire Alarm, in event of a fire all of the exit routes will be illuminated.

Notting Hill, London - Whole Home Controls overhaul with RTi, CCTV, Climate Controls and Data Network

Living were appointed along with the Design team on this refurbishment project in Notting Hill, London. Living set about carefully designing the Audio/Visual, Security and Data/Wi-Fi systems. Working closely with our Architect partners, the client wanted a very simple solution with not remote monitoring of all systems. The meant Living went back to basics, designing a robust system.

System Upgrades Canford Cliffs

We originally installed this system back in 2009, with the odd service from then to now. The client made the decision to do some upgrades to their system. We have upgraded the video distribution to 4K, replaces all screens with the latest Sony pro 4k range. We have also completely overhauled the control system, and replaced with the latest Control4 hardware and software. Giving the client flexibility of controlling their system with remote and App with no ongoing license fees.

Thankfully with our design and cabling infrastructure we installed in 2009, we could carry out all these upgrades with no damage to their property.

The upgrades include:

• Lighting Controls, update to new client scenes

• Upgrade video distribution to 4K to 4 TV”s around the property

• Audio system upgrade

• Control system upgraded to the latest Control4 hardware and software
